📦 1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact
👉 Important: Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Used or damaged products (by customer)
- Requests made after 48 hours
- Minor color/size variation issues
📸 2. Proof Required
To process a return, you must provide:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear photos of the product
⚠️ No unboxing video = No return claim accepted
(This protects you from fraud—don’t remove this rule)
🔁 3. Replacement Policy
- If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement product
- Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days
💰 4. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Product is out of stock (after return approval)
- Replacement is not possible
Refund Process:
- Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to original payment method
👉 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

- Orders can be cancelled only before shipping
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
🚚 6. Reverse Pickup
- We will arrange reverse pickup (if available in your area)
- If not available, customer may need to self-ship the product
